Product Descriptions

While we attempt to be as accurate as possible, there is always a small risk when purchasing online, but we do our best to mitigate any issues by providing full details and clear images of items we sell (all images of the dresses are of our ACTUAL dresses).

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and styles of our products - all images are taken by us and again, are of our ACTUAL dresses.

All dresses are in stock (unless otherwise stated on the Product page in which case they will be a Pre-order) - we are NOT a drop shipping business, we have all stock in our possession prior to sending out to ensure quality control and swift processing and delivery!

** We cannot guarantee the colour displayed via your computer monitors/phones/devices but we do offer the opportunity to purchase fabric samples starting from only $2.20 to clarify fabric & colouring prior to purchasing 

How long will it take to send out my order?

Although we are located in Sydney, Australia we are a world wide business and post to every corner of the globe and we do this daily!! Generally orders are processed within 24/48hrs of order being received and pre-orders are dispatched same/next day on arrival of stock into our warehouse. Orders received over the weekend are processed and dispatched Monday. 

If you have not received your package within 7 business days, please check your tracking details which is sent out at the time of dispatch.

When will I receive tracking information:

You will receive your tracking details once your item/s have been dispatched.

Shipping timeframes:

US/Worldwide orders usually take between 10-16 business days to be delivered from the date they are posted although there might be a slight delay under the current COVID climate.

Australian orders usually take between 3-7 business days to be delivered from the date they are posted - a little bit longer to WA, NT & TAS.

** Please note that timeframes given on Pre-orders are general as we cannot guarantee the delivery of pre-orders within a certain timeframe, many factors such as manufacturing and freightage delays can occur.

All orders are sent via Australia Post parcel post with tracking.

Returns Policy

 We offer a 100% Guarantee on all of our dresses. If there is an issue or fault with any item we will replace it immediately upon notification, or if we are out of stock a full refund (less postage) will be issued.

Please note we cannot cancel orders once they are placed, so please consider your purchase before committing to pay and ensure your postal details are correct. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, ill fitting, wrong colour, not what you thought, dress not received by a certain date, or on sale items (we only offer store credit if your dress falls within these). All care is taken to provide full details and images of each dress sold.  We also provide the opportunity for fabric samples to be purchased in order for customers to check and clarify fabric type and colours prior to purchasing dresses. 

If you wish to exchange dresses for another colour we are more than happy to exchange. Return postage is at the cost of the buyer, but we are happy to cover the cost of sending out new dresses :) 

We will only offer a refund (if applicable and agreed) for items if they are returned on a timely basis as detailed below. We also have the right to refuse credit/refund if items have been worn and are not returned in the same condition as when sent out.

Items need to be returned/received back within 7 days of receipt if within Australia & 28 days for International

** there will be a $10 re-stocking fee per dress deducted from any refund.
